Information you share
Our inquiry form asks for your name, email, preferred portrait collection, studio, and contact preference. You may also provide a phone number and a message about your plans. A phone number is required when you ask us to reply by phone. Please share only the details needed to plan your inquiry.
How we use it
We use inquiry details to respond, discuss studio availability, and help plan your portrait and artwork. An inquiry is a request for a personal response. Any separate marketing permission is handled separately from this form.
Service providers
Website hosting and inquiry service providers may process information to operate the site and deliver your request to our team. We use these services for studio operations. We do not sell your inquiry information or share mobile information for third-party marketing.
Website activity and cookies
Technical information such as the requested page, browser, and network address may be processed to load the website, protect the inquiry form, and diagnose problems. The site uses a short-lived confirmation cookie after a successfully received inquiry. It contains a reference rather than your contact details and expires after ten minutes.
